This $45 million, 150,000 sq. ft. project includes a 120,000 sq. ft. community hospital for the Park City area that boasts 25 beds including acute care beds, six operating rooms and imaging, emergency, radiology and labor and delivery departments. The Medical Center also includes a 30,000 sq. ft. medical office building and wellness center that houses a physical therapy area and a gymnasium. Spectrum Engineers provided electrical engineering and technology design. This facility is uniquely designed to fit into the fabric of a mountain resort community and features exterior elements that reflect the local heritage of an old mining town.
