A leading provider of architecture/engineering/construction services in the Intermountain West is seeking a Creative Services Specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess an BA in graphic design, marketing, or a related discipline with 3+ years of professional graphic design and marketing preferably in professional services (i.e. A/E/C industry) or commensurate experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other creative presentation software such as InDesign, Prezi, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred. Experience with website design and programming, and email campaign software a plus. Candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, be able to prioritize work efforts to meet deadlines, train and manage others in the same tasks and possess leadership qualities. Other experience and skills include:
- Working knowledge of CRM’s (customer management software)
- Graphic design to include proposal templates, company branding materials, internal and external communication materials, social media support, etc.
- Photography & videography skills
- Ability to manage websites: development, updates, etc.
- Experience with email campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Working knowledge of presentation software
- Deadline driven, including the ability to set milestones that ensures deadlines are met
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate deadlines
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks

- Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer, as well as the Marketing & Business Development team on all graphic design related items to include but not be limited to:
- Proposal Templates
- SOQ Templates
- Letterhead
- Presentations
- Brochures
- Fliers / Initiations
- Holiday Cards
- Business Cards
- Posters
- Digital Signage
- Banners
- Social Media presence
- Manage all project photography and videography for the purpose of promoting the projects
- Manage all website needs for the company
- Manage all email campaigns
- Work closely with marketing and business development team and engineering to ensure the image/brand of the company meets or exceeds expectations.
- Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer
