Spectrum Engineers is a leading provider of architecture/engineering/construction services in the Intermountain West is seeking a Marketing Database Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess an BA in marketing or a related discipline with 3+ years of professional database management and marketing preferably in professional services (i.e., A/E/C industry) or commensurate experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and database and CRM software preferred. Candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, be able to prioritize work efforts to meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Other experience and skills include:
- Working knowledge of CRM’s (customer management software): preference given to Cosential
- Working knowledge of other database software to include:
- Professional services time & billing software: preference given to Ajera
- Workflow software: preference given to Monday.com
- Contact Management software
- Experience in content and copy writing
- Experience with email campaigns
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Deadline driven, including the ability to set milestones that ensures deadlines are met
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate deadlines
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage workflow in Monday.com
- Manage data in Cosential with data connector from Ajera
- Extract data, perform analysis, create reports, and produce documents used for proposals.
- Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer, Principals, and the Marketing & Business Development team to coordinate RFP/RFQ process for public, federal and private proposals
- Work closely with marketing, engineering and business development team to develop content, including:
- Project cutsheets
- Firm capabilities
- Personnel qualifications/Resumes
- Project lists
- Support email campaigns
- Support content, copy writing, and QA
- Assist with or manage special projects as assigned.
