Woodside Park Housing Phase I

Woodside Phase I will grow Park City Municipal Corporation affordable housing inventory, and will improve the overall quality of life for residents. The Park City Municipal Corporation conducted several community engagement efforts and educational studies to designate affordable housing between the areas of park Avenue and Empire Avenue in Park City. The City Council determined that townhome would be best suited for Phase I. These townhome units hope to increase diversity and inclusion within the city. Also the design of these units includes sustainable solutions that support the City’s environmental goals.

The Woodside Phase I development include 52 Unit Affordable housing, with an additional 6 market rate units, onsite parking, and a mix of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom flats and townhouses.

Net Zero energy design, which incorporates a significant reduction in energy use through thermally efficient walls, roof and floors, windows and doors. The project seeks to offset 100% of energy used on an annual basis through on site power generation in the form of a large solar panel array.
