High-Performance Engineers Deliver

High-Performance Results

Spectrum Engineers’ Healthcare Center of Engineering Excellence (CEE) has completed hundreds of healthcare new construction, replacement, renovations, upgrades, expansions, and addition projects, including dozens of major medical centers, health science facilities, and ambulatory care projects.

Expertise in Healthcare Facilities Infrastructure

The team that makes up Spectrum Engineers’ Healthcare CEE strives to engineer medical facilities designed to perform optimally and stand the test of time. They understand the complex requirements for reliable, “clean” power delivery and redundancy with the goal of keeping critical, life-sustaining/life-saving systems operational under a variety of harsh conditions and events. Similarly, our mechanical engineers understand the critical importance of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), water quality, and comfort provided by the HVAC and plumbing systems they design—especially for sensitive projects such as hospitals. Additionally, members of our Healthcare CEE understand the critical issues surrounding Infection Control and Interim Life Safety Measures (ICRAs and ILSMs).
