Dixie Technical College
In the past, Dixie Applied Technology College has only operated in leased facilities. This project involved the master planning and programming for the permanent campus to be located on 30 acres at the old St. George airport. The facility features two buildings totaling approximately 162,000 sq. ft. of administrative, classroom, lab and industrial high bay facility labs. This new campus will house multiple programs like the diesel technology, drafting & design, manufacturing operations, medical assisting, office management, pharmacy technician. Quality education campuses like this one are vital for closing the gap of skilled trades.
Spectrum provided electrical engineering, technology and acoustical design for the nearly $35 million facility, which offers incredible 360-degree views.
