Spectrum Engineers provided electrical engineering, electrical for LEED® Gold, technology system design including voice/data & AV design, and acoustical engineering for this $100 million, 164,000 sq. ft. Innovation Center. It’s an addition to the existing corporate office, which brings the corporate campus to nearly 300,000 sq. ft. The Innovation Center features an atrium designed to be a focal point of the campus, encompassing 18,259 sq. ft. and connects the existing headquarters building with the new Innovation Center. The center features a new state-of-the-art 18,000 sq. ft. anti-aging research and development center, technology hub, and more than one acre of modern collaborative and green spaces. The center houses approximately 900 employees. The amenities include two restaurants (both open to the public), a water feature in the atrium, walking and hanging gardens, a fitness facility, and a two-story glass pavilion with mountain views.
The Innovation Center features four buildings: the original tower, the pavilion, and a south and north building connected by bridges inside the atrium. The south building is seven stories and houses the data center, fitness center, and offices. The north building is three stories and houses retail spaces and research labs.
